The competition takes place at the Luolavuori disc golf course, located near the center of Turku, which offers fantastic and aesthetic settings with its rolling meadows and small forested areas, making it ideal for a large-scale competition. From a spectator's point of view, the course is excellent in terms of visibility, allowing spectators to follow the game on multiple fairways simultaneously from many vantage points. The location of the course is superb for both spectators and players, as it is only a couple of kilometers away from the vibrant heart of Turku's city center.

Turku Open powered by Prodigy will offer two ticket types: General Admission (GA) and VIP. GA ticket holders have access to all GA zones and tournament central. VIP spectators can follow along with a card throughout the entire round. VIP passes also include a special edition Turku Open powered by Prodigy disc and parking.

Spectator Camera Policy

No flash photography. This is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property.
No live streaming on personal devices. This is also strictly enforced and grounds for immediate removal.
No cameras are allowed at this event, please leave it at home.

Spectator Rules

• Spectators must have a valid spectator credentials on display at all times while on the grounds.
  
• Spectators must stay within the provided confines for viewing. Stay off of the playing surface at all times and do not interfere with play. Event staff staff will be available to direct spectators where to be. You must heed the direction of the event staff.
  
• Spectators must remain respectful to all players and other patrons. Any unruly behavior will result in your pass being confiscated and you will be escorted from the property. This includes unsupervised or unruly children.
  
• Spectators are not allowed to approach the players. This goes for all areas of the property: the parking area, warm-up area, or the course. Autograph sessions will be set up for after competitor rounds conclude. You must not approach the players at any time, for any reason unless engaged by them.
  
• No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed in the event. Food and beverage will be available on-site for purchase.
  
• No Pets allowed.
  
• Any persons not following the above is subject to removal from the property and pass(es) revoked.

Refund Policy

Weather Refunds: The Disc Golf Pro Tour will not refund tickets in the event of a round or multiple rounds being canceled, rescheduled, moved, or otherwise adjusted due to weather or other similar circumstances.
