Scrapyard is an exciting and unique multimedia concert series that combines contemporary music and various media. The series began 6 years ago and the goal of this Lo-Fi music performance series is to combine special instruments and elements that are considered imperfect in the context of the performance with contemporary classical music.

The show uses various aspects of performance art, technology and media, resulting in an interdisciplinary experience.

This time, the music will be made on stage using: donkey jawbones, boxing gloves, drums, metal vibrators, otamatones and more.


Performers:

Ensemble for New Music Tallinn, which is the laureate of the prestigious Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation Ensemble Prize 2026.

The ensemble was founded in 2013 and has since achieved recognition both in Estonia and internationally. As one of the leading contemporary music ensembles in the Baltics and the Nordics, the ensemble covers a wide range of contemporary styles and genres, focusing primarily on alternative intonations and microtonal music. The ensemble's work is characterized by a spirit of experimentation and a desire to explore the recent history of music, while constantly discovering new sonic dimensions.
