Yasmyn Presents Her Fourth Album “INTUITION” on January 24 at D3 Club

On January 24, Yasmyn will take the stage at D3 Club to present her fourth studio album, INTUITION — a deeply personal and mature body of work that marks a conscious return to the pure joy and intuition that first sparked her creative journey.

“The driving force behind this album was the 19-year-old Yasmyn — the version of me who made music out of pure joy, curiosity, and excitement, without overthinking or holding myself back. I wanted to reconnect with her,” Yasmyn explains.

During the previous album cycle, the pressure that followed — particularly after receiving an Estonian Music Award — began to subtly influence her creative decisions. “Looking back, I realize that the hardest part wasn’t the pressure itself, but the fact that I allowed it to lead my creativity. With INTUITION, I made a conscious decision to let go — to allow tension only when it’s truly necessary, and to stop constantly judging myself.”

The result is Yasmyn’s most personal and sonically mature album to date. Throughout the creative process, five clearly distinct moods emerged, ranging from modern and slightly dark R&B to high-energy, 2000s-inspired R&B, smooth and lyrical moments, bold and provocative rap-influenced R&B, and Afro-R&B. Together, these elements form an honest, intuitive, and self-assured whole.

Biography

YASMYN is an R&B artist whose Estonian and Dominican roots are reflected in her music. Her sound effortlessly blends modern R&B, trap, pop, and hip-hop, creating a captivating and distinctive sonic identity.

In 2019, Yasmyn released her debut album SlowFall, which quickly gained attention and earned a nomination at the Estonian Music Awards in the category of Hip-Hop/Rap/R&B Artist of the Year. Her self-titled second studio album followed in 2020 and brought her four nominations at the 2022 Estonian Music Awards, including Female Artist of the Year.
