  1. Tickets lost?
    If you can’t find your tickets, you can use the "find your tickets" function available on our website. By entering your details there, you can restore your tickets, and they will be sent to your email again.
    n case you accidentally entered the wrong email address when purchasing the tickets, please contact help@sviby.com.
  2. Ticket returns/exchanges
    Piletikeskus is a ticket sales platform and does not have the authority to set or modify ticket prices or sales terms. The rights and responsibilities related to the tickets, including refunds and exchanges, lie solely with the event organiser. Therefore, Piletikeskus cannot refund or exchange tickets. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact the event organizer.

  3. Tickets not showing up in your app
    If your tickets do not automatically appear in your Sviby app after purchase, it’s likely that the app account was created with a different email address. The Sviby app allows you to add multiple email addresses to one user account so that all purchased tickets are displayed in the app.

    Go to “my account” in the app → user emails and add your email addresses there. After that, all tickets will automatically sync to your app.

  4. How to use a discount code?
    Add the desired tickets to your cart
    Enter a valid discount code in the “Do you have a discount code or gift voucher” field in the cart and click “activate”



    If the code is entered correctly, it will automatically be applied to the total in your cart
  5. PDF tickets and invoice
    If you need an invoice for your ticket purchase or wish to print your PDF tickets, you can download them by clicking the "view order" button at the bottom of the ticket confirmation email. You will then be redirected to the Piletikeskus website, where you can download your invoice and PDF tickets.
  6. Wheelchair tickets
    For most events, you need to contact the event organiser to purchase a wheelchair ticket. You can find the organiser’s contact information at the bottom of each event page under additional information.
